Alémais offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless deemed faulty.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
